Profile: Appointed as AFC Wimbledon's first full-time manager in May 2007, Terry's managerial career rose to prominence during a nine-year spell in charge of Hayes, whom he took from the lower half of the Ryman Premier Division to third place in the Conference in 1999. Moved onto Aldershot Town in 2002 and in his five years in charge at the Recreation Ground he steered to Shots to a Ryman Premier League title and a 2004 Conference Playoff Final where they were agonisingly denied a Football League place losing a penalty shootout to Shrewsbury Town. Left Aldershot amidst emotional scenes in March 2007 but was soon able to return to football and along with trusted lieutenant Stuart Cash, the pair lifted the Dons into the Blue Square South at the first attempt last summer.
